Making Strides Against Breast Cancer - Charlotte

On Saturday, October 20th, 2012, Randy Marion Automotive, in conjunction with the Carolina Chevy Dealers, participated in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer 5k and walk. The event located at the NASCAR Hall of Fame in Charlotte, brought in nearly 5,500 participants. The event raised $250,000 for the American Cancer Society. Randy Marion Automotive is proud to announce the joining of forces with Statesville’s oldest dealership Bell and Howard Chevrolet. The Chevrolet dealership located on Gaither Road will now be known as Randy Marion Chevrolet of Statesville, accompanying Randy Marion’s current dealerships Randy Marion Chevrolet Buick Cadillac in Mooresville, Randy Marion Subaru in Mooresville, Randy Marion Buick GMC in Huntersville, and Randy Marion Sav-A-Lot in Hickory. The merger between Randy Marion and Bell & Howard is more like two families coming together than two dealerships. The arrangement will extend Randy Marion Auto Group’s consumer base through Iredell County. It will also provide Statesville customers with a large selection of New Chevrolet Cars, Trucks, and Vans to choose from, including the popular Chevrolet Cruze and Chevrolet Equinox. The pre-owned inventory will also get a healthy infusion of vehicles for the Statesville customers to choose from.

Corporal Garrett Carnes Walk-a-Thon

Randy Marion Automotive was a proud sponsor of the Garrett Carnes Walk-a-thon that took place at Mooresville High School on Saturday, March 10th. Corporal Garrett Carnes, 22-years-old of Mooresville, stepped on an IED while serving overseas. Corporal Carnes' family said he'll need at least six more surgeries on his legs from the attack. The day's event brought in $25,000 for the family.
